Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 30, 2026
These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you and Beatlorex Studio when you use our website or engage us for audio post-production work.
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Beatlorex Studio website and the audio post-production services we provide. By using the site or engaging the Studio, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
01Who We Are
Beatlorex Studio is a remote audio post-production studio founded in 2026, offering editing, restoration, enhancement, mixing and mastering support, formatting, and related services for spoken-word and music recordings.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By engaging us, you represent that you meet these requirements.
03Scope of Services
The specific services, deliverables, revision allowances, and turnaround for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins, typically through a project brief and a confirming message from the Studio. Anything outside that agreed scope is treated as a new request and may affect price and timeline.
04Quotes, Orders, and Turnaround
Prices shown on our website are indicative ranges. A firm quote is provided once we review your source audio and requirements. Turnaround estimates assume that you provide complete, usable files and timely responses to questions and previews. Delays in your responses may extend delivery accordingly.
05Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project details and the highest-quality source files available to you.
- Confirm that you hold all necessary rights to the material you submit, as detailed in our Copyright & Client Content Policy.
- Review previews and provide clear, consolidated feedback within any agreed revision window.
06Revisions
Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional rounds, or changes that alter the original brief, may be quoted separately. Revision requests should be specific and time-stamped where possible so we can address them efficiently.
07Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and the balance due on delivery, are set out in your quote. We may withhold final files until payment is received in full. Any applicable taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
08Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the audio content you provide and of the final deliverables we prepare for you, subject to full payment. The Studio retains ownership of its own tools, presets, templates, and general methods. We do not claim rights over your creative work.
09Confidentiality
We treat unreleased recordings and project details as confidential and use them only to perform the work you request. If you require a separate confidentiality agreement, we are glad to discuss one before the project begins.
10Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit material that is unlawful, infringing, or created without the necessary permissions, and not to use our services for any unlawful purpose. We may decline or discontinue work that would place us in violation of law or the rights of others.
11Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beatlorex Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
12Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided with professional care, but audio outcomes depend heavily on the quality and condition of the source material. We do not warrant that every recording can be restored to a specific standard, and results are described further in our Disclaimer.
13Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. If you cancel after work has begun, you remain responsible for the work completed up to that point. We may suspend or end services for non-payment or breach of these Terms.
14Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in that jurisdiction.
15Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
