Service Agreement

This Service Agreement defines the terms under which Beatlorex Studio delivers audio post-production services to its clients.

This Service Agreement describes the working relationship between Beatlorex Studio and its clients for audio post-production projects. It complements our Terms & Conditions and applies to every engagement unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

01Engagement

An engagement begins when you submit a project brief and we confirm acceptance with a quote and estimated turnaround. That confirmation, together with this Agreement and our Terms & Conditions, forms the basis of our work together.

02Deliverables

Deliverables are the specific finished audio files described in your confirmed brief, prepared in the formats and to the specifications agreed. Any file, format, or treatment not listed in the brief is outside the deliverables unless added by written agreement.

03Client Materials and Cooperation

• You will provide source recordings and reference material in the best available quality.
• You will respond to questions and preview requests within any agreed window so the schedule can be met.
• You confirm you hold the rights needed for us to work on the material, as set out in our Copyright & Client Content Policy.

04Scheduling and Turnaround

We reserve studio time for confirmed projects. Turnaround windows begin once complete, usable files and a clear brief are received. If materials arrive incomplete or feedback is delayed, delivery dates shift accordingly. Rush handling, when available, may be quoted separately.

05Revisions and Approval

Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds. You are asked to consolidate feedback into clear, specific notes. A deliverable is considered approved when you confirm acceptance or when it is put into public use, whichever comes first.

06Fees and Payment

Fees are as stated in your quote. Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit may be required to begin, with the balance due on delivery. Final files may be withheld until payment is complete. Late payment may pause active work.

07Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information exchanged during the engagement, including unreleased recordings and project details, and to use it only for the purpose of completing the work.

08Ownership

Subject to full payment, you own the final deliverables and the underlying content you supplied. Beatlorex Studio retains ownership of its own presets, templates, tools, and general techniques, which are not part of the deliverables.

09Independent Relationship

Beatlorex Studio acts as an independent service provider. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the parties.

10Term and Termination

This Agreement applies for the duration of each engagement. Either party may end an engagement in writing; you remain responsible for work completed up to the effective date of termination. Provisions relating to confidentiality, ownership, and payment survive termination.

11Entire Understanding

This Agreement, together with the confirmed brief, our Terms & Conditions, and referenced policies, represents the entire understanding between the parties for the engagement and supersedes prior discussions on the same subject.
