Refund Policy
Last updated: May 30, 2026
This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are considered for the custom audio services provided by Beatlorex Studio.
This Refund Policy explains how deposits, cancellations, and refund requests are handled for services provided by Beatlorex Studio. Because our work is custom and labor-based, refunds are considered in the context of the work already performed.
01Custom, Service-Based Work
Every engagement is bespoke: we dedicate engineering time to your specific recordings. Once work has started, the effort we have invested cannot be returned, so refunds are assessed against the stage of the project rather than offered automatically.
02Deposits
Where a deposit is required to reserve studio time and begin work, that deposit secures your place in our schedule. If you cancel before we begin, the deposit is refundable minus any administrative costs already incurred. Once editing has begun, the deposit is applied to the work completed.
03Cancellations
- Before work begins: you may cancel for a full refund of any amounts paid, less non-recoverable third-party costs.
- After work begins: we refund any portion that corresponds to work not yet performed, and retain the amount reflecting effort already delivered.
- After delivery: completed and delivered work is generally non-refundable, subject to the revision and quality provisions below.
04Revisions Before Refunds
If a deliverable does not match the agreed brief, our first step is to correct it within the included revision rounds at no additional charge. We ask that you give us the opportunity to address specific, described issues before requesting a refund.
05Quality Concerns
If you believe the delivered work materially fails to meet what was agreed and revisions have not resolved it, contact us with a clear description of the problem. We will review the project in good faith and may offer a partial or full refund of the affected portion where appropriate.
06Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
- Dissatisfaction with source-audio limitations that were disclosed and unavoidable, as explained in our Disclaimer.
- Requests that fall outside the agreed scope and were quoted or declined accordingly.
- Change of mind after final files have been accepted and put to use.
07How to Request a Refund
Send your request in writing within 14 days of delivery, including your project details and the specific reason. We aim to review and respond to refund requests within a reasonable period and will process any approved refund using the original payment method where possible.
08Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version, and the policy in effect at the time you engaged us governs your project.
