Copyright & Client Content Policy
Last updated: May 30, 2026
This policy clarifies ownership of the material you submit and the finished work Beatlorex Studio delivers, and your responsibilities regarding rights and permissions.
This Copyright & Client Content Policy explains the rights and responsibilities that apply to the audio and other material you submit to Beatlorex Studio, and how ownership of the finished work is handled.
01You Warrant Your Rights
When you submit material, you confirm that you own it or have obtained all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary for us to edit, restore, mix, master, or otherwise process it. This includes rights to any music, voices, samples, or third-party content contained in your recordings.
02Your Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you provide and, subject to full payment, of the final deliverables we create from it. We do not claim authorship of your creative work and will not reuse your recordings for our own purposes without your permission.
03Our Materials
The presets, templates, processing chains, and general methods we use to perform the work remain our property. Providing you with finished files does not transfer ownership of these underlying tools, which are not part of your deliverables.
04Prohibited Content
- Material you do not have the right to use, including unlicensed samples or copyrighted works owned by others.
- Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights or privacy of any person.
- Any material whose processing would require us to breach the law or the rights of a third party.
05Infringement Claims
If you believe material handled by the Studio infringes your rights, contact us with a detailed description of the work, your relationship to it, and the basis of your claim. We will review credible notices in good faith and take appropriate action, which may include removing or ceasing work on the disputed material.
06Portfolio Use
We will not publicly showcase your unreleased work without your consent. If we would ever like to reference a project as an example of our services, we will ask for your permission first, and you are free to decline.
07Indemnity
Because you are best placed to know the origins of your material, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from content you supplied without the necessary rights, to the extent permitted by law. This protects the Studio from consequences of material we could not have known was unauthorized.
08Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and the version in effect when you engaged us governs your project.
